We are just back from our New Year Escape to Hong Kong. Actually, it was me who was holidaying while Roger was flying back from San Francisco and had a stop over at Hong Kong. We had a wonderful two days of CNY celebration there. We took a 5.7 km ride on the cable car to visit the monastery at Lantau Island and had our vegetarian lunch on the first day of CNY. One of the highlights of the getaway was the rooftop party at the hotel, which we viewed the 25 mins of fireworks display.
