Just to update, all on what's new.
Debs and I just received our awards at the recent EXSA 2009 awards for hospitality this afternoon. It's an important ceremony in our industry that recognises employees that go the extra mile for our customers.
I was pleasantly surprised to be nominated for the Super Star award and my trophy's now sitting proudly in the living room. Feels good to be recognised at such a level, I must say... :)
